Artichoke Aioli Recipe
Ingredients
- 7oz Baby Artichoke hearts in waterdrained
- 1tbsp mayonnaise
- 1clove garlicminced, optional
- 2tbsp grated pecorino romano
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1tsp fresh lemon zest
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Add first 6 ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
